Established in San Antonio, Texas and now strategically headquartered in Austin, Texas, The Social Being LLC, doing business as TSB Digital Creative Agency (TSB), is a full-service digital creative and promotional solutions firm serving Central and South Texas, with capabilities that extend nationwide.

Founded in 2011, TSB began as a bold entrepreneurial vision and has grown into a trusted partner for brands seeking measurable growth, strategic clarity, and marketing execution that delivers real business outcomes. Our evolution reflects more than time in market—it reflects disciplined growth, adaptability, and a relentless focus on value.

Built the Traditional Way

TSB was founded by Veronica Morales, a San Antonio native who built the company the traditional way: hands-on leadership, financial discipline, and an unwavering commitment to results. From its earliest days as a bootstrapped operation, TSB focused on doing the work well, earning trust, and building something designed to last.

What started as a social media marketing firm has grown into a comprehensive agency offering website development, SEO, digital advertising, brand storytelling, performance analytics, and integrated marketing strategies. Each expansion has been driven by client demand and market opportunity—not trends alone.

Our expansion into Austin represents a deliberate step forward. Austin places TSB at the crossroads of innovation, technology, policy, and commerce—allowing us to better serve clients across Central and South Texas while scaling our reach across the state and beyond.

In response, TSB expanded into promotional products as a core business line.

Through our dedicated platform, promo.thesocialbeing.com, we provide custom branded merchandise, apparel, corporate gifts, event giveaways, and campaign-ready materials aligned with broader brand strategy and business objectives. This division is built to scale—from small activations to large-volume procurement across Texas.

About Our Founder

Veronica Morales is a San Antonio native and graduate of St. John Bosco Catholic School, Antonian College Preparatory High School, and The University of Texas at San Antonio. From an early age, she envisioned a career in advertising and communications.

Before launching TSB, Veronica built her professional foundation working with organizations such as Cox Radio Inc., Reagan National Advertising in Austin, Sinclair Broadcasting, and several nonprofit organizations. These experiences shaped her understanding of media, strategy, and the operational realities businesses face.

On March 15, 2011, Veronica officially established The Social Being by filing its DBA with the Bexar County Clerk’s Office. She invested her personal savings to bootstrap the company, initially operating from her home and shared workspaces alongside other entrepreneurs.

In 2014, TSB expanded into its first dedicated office at El Parian on San Antonio’s Westside, a historic business hub operated by the Avenida Guadalupe Association. This location became foundational to the agency’s growth and identity, grounding TSB in community, culture, and purpose.

Through participation in the City of San Antonio’s Economic Development Department programs, including the Mentor Protégé Program, Veronica connected with LiftFund’s Women’s Business Center and a network of mentors who helped strengthen the company’s operational foundation. With their support, TSB secured financing to expand office space and invest in infrastructure as the business scaled.

TSB’s roots in San Antonio’s Westside hold deep personal significance. Veronica’s family history in the area—and the legacy of her grandmother, Magdalena—remain a source of pride and inspiration behind the company’s mission and resilience.

Growth, Recognition, and Impact

TSB steadily expanded its service offerings to include WordPress website design, integrated SEO, and digital media services, while emphasizing best-in-class use of Google tools to improve user experience and performance.

Veronica has long been active in the digital and entrepreneurial community, including involvement with Latinos in Social Media (LATISM), Girl Geek Dinners, and as a co-founder of the San Antonio WordPress Meetup Group. In 2011, TSB hosted San Antonio’s inaugural Foursquare Day and received a proclamation from the City of San Antonio.

Today, TSB continues to grow, achieving consistent year-over-year revenue increases and serving clients nationally—from Alaska to Florida. Our work has earned awards, strengthened nonprofits, supported small businesses, and helped reshape the digital landscape both locally and nationally.

Running a business is never without challenge. But TSB stands as proof that with discipline, vision, and persistence, a dream can become a sustainable, growing enterprise.

Our Give Back

TSB loves to give back, especially where we live. We support our community by being a Mentor in the City of San Antonio Economic Development Department Mentor-Protege Program. Recently, we were also Mentors with the HELM Powered by Liftfund accelerator program. In addition, Veronica, our President, has served an appointee to the City of San Antonio Economic Development Department Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee for District 5 and serves on the DAP – Diversity Action Plan (DAP) Subcommittee.

We also offer pro-bono work for nonprofits and we give our time to help educate the local business community by offering FREE workshops and seminars with partners such as Liftfund, SCORE, SBA, Prosper West, and other nonprofits and local chambers and organizations in the area.

We have seen many small business owners being taken advantage of with their marketing efforts. Listening to many heart-breaking stories, we formulated a small business package that offers these small business owners affordable rates that will fit their current budget needs.

As they grow their businesses, we hope to grow alongside them and see how our impact made a difference. All our clients feel as if they are part of our family and culture by wearing our alien swag.

Veronica is the Founder and currently the CEO of The Social Being LLC and is a Certified Tourism Ambassador for Visit San Antonio.

Veronica has over 25 years of experience and is a natural team builder and leader with a talent for inspiring and empowering individuals to work together to overcome obstacles. She is a results-driven digital strategist with proven success in brand identity, reputation management, and strategic marketing for business-to-business (B2B) clients.

In her spare time, Veronica is a foodie who enjoys traveling, live music, and thrifting. She is also a proud alumni and donor of the University of Texas-San Antonio and attends all the Roadrunner football games. Birds Up!
