Social Media Assistant (Part-time Hybrid Contractor/Local Candidate Only - San Antonio Area)

Description of Job 

The Social Being LLC is seeking a hybrid contractor for social media marketing. THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME position. This position MUST be available Monday – Friday during business hours in order to be able to attend meetings. This position will help our Project Manager carry out all day-to-day social media marketing activities for our clients and ensure that all social media networks are branded, consistent, and connected to the client’s online presence.

Duties

Social Media

  • Conduct research (hashtags and demographics) for our client’s industries
  • Designing post using Canva
  • Create engaging digital content 
  • Post to client’s social media pages using agency software and Facebook Planner

Additional Duties

  • Proficient using Meta Business Suite
  • Proficient in Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, and Twitter, TikTok, and Google My Business
  • Familiar with CTA, Impressions, and Reach
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Use best practices, remain knowledgeable of new tools, and become an early adopter of social trends
  • Collaborating with the web team to integrate social media 
  • Familiar with Loomly software
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Preferred BS/BA
  • 1+ years of social media marketing experience is required. Agency experience preferred.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solver
  • Our ideal candidate will be independent, driven, and a self-starter

Starting pay is based on experience, paid by the project. Direct Deposit is also available.

Graphic Designer (Part-time Hybrid Contractor/Local Candidate Only - San Antonio Area)

Description of Job 

The Social Being LLC is seeking a hybrid contractor for graphic design. THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME POSITION. This position MUST be available Monday – Friday during business hours in order to be able to attend meetings. This team member must posses the ability to produce a wide variety of visually pleasing and branded visual designs for brand messaging.

Duties

  • Design in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools to design digital and traditional print media 
  • Make source files print ready
  • Communicate with project manager on print job specifications and promotional products 
  • Assist in the creation of proposals and decks for other teams if needed
  • Consistently research, identify and share current industry design trends and competitive reviews as they relate to the brand

Qualifications

  • Degree in design or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience required. Agency experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Ability to comfortably juggle various projects simultaneously in a high paced environment
  • Ability to consistently deliver work on time, in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Experience using Asana software for project management
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both internal team members and partner members
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
