Account Executive (Commission-Based/Local Canidates Only)

Description of Job 

The Social Being LLC is seeking a qualified contractor who can be the point of contact for sales with our potential clients. This position also requires someone who is passionate about expanding our company and is willing to grow with us. A strong, independent, driven, and a self-starter with a deep understanding of what the market needs. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in digital marketing to drive bottom-line results to ensure maximum ROI for our company.

Duties 

  • Help build our position in the market by developing business relationships within San Antonio
  • Search and develop business relationships with potential customers
  • Negotiate and closes new business deals
  • Participate and maintain personal networking in local professional organizations
  • Reading local publications
  • Participating in educational opportunities
  • Keep up to date with local politics and local news
  • Conduct business on behalf of TSB in a professional manner and obey all laws and reasonable instructions issued by the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and the State of Texas.
  • Other duties as assigned

Social Media Internship (Part-time/10 hours per week/Local Canidates Only)

Hours Vary between: 
Monday 9:30am -3:00pm
Tuesday 10am – 3:00pm
Wednesday 10am – 3:00pm
Thursday 10am – 3:00pm

The Social Being LLC is seeking a qualified intern to join our team. This non-paid internship with a 3-month commitment (12 weeks) for the Fall/Spring semester. 

Description of Job 

The Social Being LLC is seeking an on-site part-intern who will be a paid contractor. 

This position also requires a strong sense of interest in digital marketing experience and management skills with a deep understanding of what will drive demand. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable of KPIs in digital marketing to drive bottom-line business results to ensure maximum ROI for our clients.

Interns are expected to work in our office and meet with clients and attend company meetings.

Duties

Social Media

  • This position will carry out all day-to-day social media marketing activities for our clients and ensure that all social media networks are branded, consistent, and connected to the client’s online presence.
  • Conduct research (hashtags, keywords and demographics) for our client’s industries
  • Use best practices, remain knowledgeable of new tools, and become an early adopter of social trends
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Create engaging digital content daily and have the ability to create content quickly
  • Designing post using Canva
  • Use InVideo, Adobe Spark, InShot, and Flimora for video production
  • Post to client’s social media pages via Cloud Campaign
  • Monitor all engagement notifications including likes, comments, reviews, check-ins, mentions, and shares
  • Proficient using Facebook Business Manager, Ad Manager, MarketPlace, and Groups
  • Proficient in Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, and Twitter
  • Familiar with CPC, CTR, CPA, Impressions, and Reach
  • Familiar with using social to retain and optimize the customer base

Additional Duties

  • Working with our teams in developing marketing copy and coordinating/designing collateral materials for client projects
  • Collaborating with the web team to integrate social media and reputation management
  • Basic knowledge of SEO – search engine marketing
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will be independent, driven, and a self-starter. Demonstrate competency planning/organizing, applied learning, building customer loyalty, building strategic working relationships, creating a service reputation, communicating effectively, monitoring information effectively.

  • 6 months of social media marketing experience is required. 
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
