The company provides a wide array of benefits to full-time regular associates. Full-time regular associates shall be entitled to participate in all health, and other plans as may be offered by the Company to all similarly situated associates from time to time. These benefits are effective on the 90th day of employment. Our health insurance benefit is unique and built around the idea of offering great benefits that fit your situation.

PTO - Personal Time Off Policy

This policy applies to all full-time regular associates. TSB Digital Creative Agency recognizes the importance of time off for rest, relaxation, and other familial or personal obligations.

Financial Wellness

At TSB Digital Creative Agency, we take your retirement seriously. That's why we offer a 401(k) plan with a 3.5% contribution to help you save for your future.

Holiday

Full-time regular associates are eligible for paid holidays during each calendar year. A paid holiday does not count as a day worked in calculating overtime for the week. TSB Digital Creative Agency 10 Holidays. The holidays observed are:

    1. New Year’s Day
    2. Memorial Day
    3. Juneteenth
    4. Independence day
    5. Labor Day
    6. Thanksgiving Day
    7. Day after Thanksgiving
    8. Christmas Eve
    9. Christmas Day
    10. New Year’s Eve

 

Floating Holiday
Full-time regular associates are eligible for a floating holiday during each calendar year. To
receive floating holiday pay, you must work the regularly scheduled workday before and after
the holiday unless Management approves an exception in writing. A floating holiday does not count as a day worked in calculating overtime for the week. The Associate’s choice of one floating holiday. These are the holidays to choose from:

    a. Associate’s Birthday
    b. Martin Luther King Day
    c. President’s Day
    d. Good Friday
    e. Fiesta Friday
    f. Native American Day
    g. Columbus Day
    h.Veteran’s Day
    i. Hannukkah

Leave

At TSB Digital Creative Agency, we understand that our employees have lives outside of work, and we want to support them in taking the time they need to balance their personal and professional responsibilities. That's why we offer a generous leave benefits package that provides our employees with the time they need to rest, recharge, and care for themselves and their families.

Military

Leave of absence without pay for military or reserve duty is granted to full-time regular associates.

Bereavement

If you are a full-time regular associate and death occurs in your immediate family, you are compensated for time lost from your regular work schedule.

Jury Duty

If you are a full-time regular associate who is summoned to jury duty, TSB Digital Creative Agency continues your salary during your active period of jury duty.

Voting

TSB associates are allowed paid time off to vote, not exceeding two hours, if they cannot reach their polling place outside work hours. Voter registration and voting evidence may be required.

Dental
