Work Hours are Monday – Friday anytime between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Description
The Social Being LLC aka TSB Digital Creative Agency is seeking a qualified intern to join our team.
This non-paid, college credit internship is a 12-week commitment for the Spring 2025 semester.
Interns are expected to work in our office, meet with clients, and attend company meetings.
TSB has formulated a plan to help you get the most out of your internship with us. Here you will learn/get an idea of what each position entails and hopefully give you a better understanding of each role.
We require that all items/information you receive are to be kept and logged in a journal that we will provide. All information given to you is to help you succeed and is very important. In order to receive full credit for your internship, we will require that you turn in the journal to us and it will be a part of fulfilling your internship.
We will schedule times for you to meet with each department. If there are days when you come in and a meeting is not scheduled, we ask that you work on your other intern duties. When meetings are scheduled, you will meet with each department and complete the assignments given to you. Here is an outline of what you will do with each department:
Internship Work Plan

Administrative

Help manage: Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Linkedin, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, YouTube, and TikTok
- Brainstorm ideas for TSB and clients
- Research social media initiatives to increase follower/fan base
- Editorial calendar
- Canva
- Post and Scheduling on TSB social networks
- Engagement on TSB social networks

This will entail updating status posts, generating content, building relationships with consumers, linking to related sites and/or news stories, and much more. Creating customer engagement and excitement is an essential piece. The final goal is to reach more followers/fans on all social media components for the term of the internship.
- Build character for a company
- Update a page/profile for a company with general facts
- Use social media networks to share these general facts
- Find relevant research/articles that support the industry or specific products/services or value proposition of the company
Editorial Calendar
- Create an editorial monthly calendar of events and activities
- Give quick tidbits about products and services and related items
- Share random facts of “Did you know?” about the client’s product/services
- Create giveaways
Key Influencers
- Identify key friends/fans that your company should also be targeting/friending
- Identify, follow, and begin interacting with key influencers in their industry, retweeting them
- Send key influencers personal/direct messages and share relevant articles or information, related to your client’s brand
Event Promotion
- Create events on the company’s page/account and marketing an event
- Run informational and promotional campaigns
- marketing team to build buzz about any activities or events that are planned
- Use geo-location service tools to drive awareness about client brands
Competition
- Visit competitors’ pages and report back on their findings as to what they’re promoting and how it can be improved
The KPI (goal/metric) for social media network growth is to add new fans. tweet, re-tweet, pin, post, or direct message something of value at a minimum of twice a day. For YouTube, create a video presence that can be used for multiple functions to attract customers, engage employees, and build awareness. All posts should be responsive style posts asking and/or engaging a response from followers.

- Preferably at least 1-year experience in an office environment
- Ability to deal with the public professionally and politely
- Handles all company business and personnel matters confidently

Videography
During your internship, you will contribute to compelling visual storytelling through a variety of projects. You will focus on:
- Professional Videography: Mastering camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio recording techniques to capture high-quality footage. I will also explore advanced techniques such as cinematography, storyboarding, and creative editing.
- Video Production Workflow: Utilizing industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro for editing, cutting, and trimming. I will incorporate transitions, effects, and sound design to enhance the visual narrative.
- Short Film Production: Gaining hands-on experience in all stages of short film production, including pre-production planning, scriptwriting, casting, and shooting.
- TV Commercial Production: Contributing to the creation of impactful advertisements, from concept development and scripting to directing and post-production.
- Audio for Video: Prioritizing clean audio capture by utilizing high-quality microphones and integrating sound design and music effectively.
- Lighting Techniques: Exploring various lighting setups and techniques to create different moods and effects in videos, utilizing both natural and studio lighting.
- Drone Videography: Learning the fundamentals of drone operation, including flight safety protocols, and capturing dynamic aerial shots to enhance projects.
- Documentary Filmmaking: Conducting research, developing interview techniques, and crafting compelling narratives for documentary projects.
- Broadcast and Streaming Production: Understanding the technical standards and distribution strategies for creating content for television and online streaming platforms.
